“This is a surprisingly tasty twist on a classic martini,” writes Dallas food blogger Maegan Brown in her new cookbook, Brilliant Bites. “The addition of dill pickle juice gives this cocktail a deliciously dirty tang.” Garnished with a crunchy cornichon and fresh dill sprig, the drink is a must-try for pickle lovers.
