Shandy Shakedown
A light, beer-based cocktail from Charleston

Ingredients
-
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. St. Germain
1 1/2 oz. lemon juice
4 oz. Westbrook White Thai, or another Belgian white beer
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Preparation
Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
