Shandy Shakedown

A light, beer-based cocktail from Charleston

Ingredients

    • 1 oz. Aperol

    • 1 oz. St. Germain

    • 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice

    • 4 oz. Westbrook White Thai, or another Belgian white beer

    • Lemon wheel, for garnish


Preparation

  1. Add first 3 ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
