Ingredients

  • Winner's Circle (YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL)

    • 1.5 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

    • 0.75 oz. chamomile syrup

    • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice

    • Sparkling wine (3 oz.)

  • Chamomile Syrup (YIELD: Approx. 2 cups)

    • 450 grams water

    • 450 grams white sugar

    • ½ cup chamomile flowers

Preparation

  1. For the chamomile syrup: Bring water to a boil, then dissolve the sugar completely. Reduce to a simmer and add the chamomile flowers, allowing them to steep for 15 minutes on low heat. Fine strain the syrup and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  2. For the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, chamomile syrup, and lemon juice. Shake well with ice, then strain the mixture into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine, letting the bubbles bring the flavors to life.
