Madeira and Tonic
Yield: 1 cocktail
A low-alcohol summer sipper that quenches without consequences

Ingredients

3 oz. Rainwater Madeira (Broadbent recommended)
4 oz. tonic water (Boylan Heritage if you can find it)
1 long lemon peel garnish
Preparation
Fill a tall collins glass with ice cubes, then add the Madeira and tonic. Stir lightly. Tuck a long spiral of lemon twist around the ice.
