El Diablo

Yield: Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

    • 2 oz. sotol

    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

    • 1/4 oz. crème de cassis

    • 3 oz. Fever-Tree ginger beer

Preparation

  1. Pour ingredients in a collins glass over ice, and stir to combine. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
