The brainchild of Alex Howell, of Chattanooga’s Easy Bistro & Bar, this vodka-centered sip blends sweet with sour and takes inspiration from a few Southern experts. “The Silly Kitty happened thanks to our friends at Cathead Distillery in Mississippi, and was inspired by the Tipsy Cat by Mary Ann Dwyer at Bay Street Biergarten in Charleston,” Howell says.
