Stone Crab Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 tbsp. shallots, minced
2 tbsp. chives, minced
3/4 cup créme fraiche
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Hot sauce, Tabasco or Cholula
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Serve chilled.
