Stone Crab Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

    • 1/2 tbsp. shallots, minced

    • 2 tbsp. chives, minced

    • 3/4 cup créme fraiche

    • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

    • 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard

    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

    • Hot sauce, Tabasco or Cholula


Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Serve chilled.
