Zero-proof cocktails are no longer relegated to the back of the menu, and with nuanced sippers like the Garden & Gun Club’s Soda-Lighted, it’s easy to see why. “For mocktails a lot of places do just juice, but we’re actually incorporating non-alcoholic bitters and some other fun ingredients,” says Ann Kim, the Club’s executive chef. Among those fun ingredients is a citrus soda topper, which adds a little tang and effervescence.
