Shanghai Cocktail

1 ½ oz. Jamaican rum
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz.  grenadine
¼ oz. Herbsaint, plus more for seasoning
1 twist lemon peel, for seasoning

Combine all ingriedents in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake 15 to 16 times. Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Season the outside of glass with a few sprays of Herbsaint and a fresh lemon peel.
