Close out the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival with James Beard Award-nominated chefs


Celebrate the final day of the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival by joining G&G and some of the South’s leading chefs for a collaborative field-to-table meal featuring wild game, cocktail pairings, and local ingredients. At this culinary conclusion of the four-day festival, attendees will enjoy a four-course meal featuring venison tamales, spicy quail eggs, grilled pheasant, and other flavors of Fort Worth as award-winning chefs David Bancroft, Molly McCook, and Jon Bonnell educate guests in the taste of Texas.

FEATURED CHEFS

David Bancroft is self-taught chef and forager who runs Acre Restaurant in Auburn, Alabama, and is a four-time James Beard Award semifinalist.

Molly McCook prepares seasonal farm-to-table food as the co-owner Ellerbe Fine Foods, and is a James Beard Award semifinalist.

Born and raised in Texas, Jon Bonnell has been serving the Fort Worth community since 2001 as the owner and chef of Bonnell’s Restaurant Group
