A Piña Colada With a Twist

A lighter riff on the classic cocktail from up-and-coming San Francisco bartender and tiki talent Martin Cate

Ingredients

    • 1/4 oz. lime juice

    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup

    • 4 oz. coconut water

    • 2 oz. white rum


Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
