A Piña Colada With a Twist
A lighter riff on the classic cocktail from up-and-coming San Francisco bartender and tiki talent Martin Cate

Ingredients

1/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
4 oz. coconut water
2 oz. white rum
Preparation
Combine ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
