Félix Cocktails et Cuisine, a bar and restaurant in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina, channels Paris in its menu and charming interior. But one sip of their La Poire Enchantée, a vodka cocktail infused with the warming notes of cinnamon and pear, will transport you back home in the best way. “As soon as you taste it, you’re like, ‘I want to be next to a fire in my living room sipping on this,’” says beverage director Hailey Knight. “It’s absolutely beautiful.”

With that setting in mind, the Félix team shared the recipe, which pairs a simple DIY cinnamon syrup with store-bought spiced pear liqueur (available at most liquor stores) and walnut bitters. Knight recommends St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur. “It’s got a lot of flavor to it, but it’s not super overpowering,” she says. Nonetheless, you should stick to the recipe amount. “Any more than that and you’re just going to be tasting pear all night.”

Finish with a twist of lemon for a bright and cozy drinking experience.
