Ingredients
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fino sherry
¼ oz. cassis liqueur
Preparation
Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake (without ice) until fully incorporated. Pour into into a glass filled with cracked ice. Then, slowly top with cassis.
