    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

    • 1 oz. Luxardo sour cherry syrup

    • 3/4 oz. amaretto (Gullo prefers Luxardo)

    • 2 oz. white rum

    • Condensed milk

    • Cherry

Preparation

  1. Shake lime juice, syrup, amaretto, and rum with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain half the mixture onto a mound of shaved ice. Add more ice, and pour the remaining half. Garnish with a drizzle of condensed milk and a cherry.

Note: If you don’t want to spring for Luxardo syrup, you can buy jarred Luxardo cherries at online retailers like Amazon, and use that syrup.
