Pink Pigeon
Ingredients
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. Luxardo sour cherry syrup
3/4 oz. amaretto (Gullo prefers Luxardo)
2 oz. white rum
Condensed milk
Cherry
Preparation
- Shake lime juice, syrup, amaretto, and rum with ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain half the mixture onto a mound of shaved ice. Add more ice, and pour the remaining half. Garnish with a drizzle of condensed milk and a cherry.
