Ingredients

  • FULL SAIL (YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL)

    • 1¾ oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

    • 1 oz. melon syrup

    • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

    • ½ oz. Campari

  • Melon Syrup (YIELD: 7 cups)

    • 1 honeydew melon

    • 4 cups water

    • 6 cups sugar

    • 0.65 tbsp. salt

    • 0.65 tbsp. chili powder


Preparation

  1. Make the melon syrup: Peel and slice a honeydew melon. Bring water to a boil and dissolve sugar completely. Reduce heat and add the melon slices, allowing them to simmer. Blend with an immersion blender and fine strain. Add salt and chili powder.

  2. Make the cocktail: Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Once shaken, strain over a Nick and Nora glass. Add the thin lime wheel to garnish.
