Barrel-Aged Gin Martini

Makes 1 cocktail

Swapping old gin for new in this twist on the classic gin martini

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 oz. barrel-aged gin

    • 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry

    • 3 dashes orange bitters


Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients over ice; strain into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
