This bourbon cocktail from the Garden & Gun Club plays a perfect melody on the palate


Love a cocktail with a little bite? If you believe umbrella-shaded beverages only belong near the beach, then put this piquant number on your order. A pleasing blend of currant notes and an herbal Italian aperitif, the Bittersweet Symphony hits all the right notes. Served in a coupe with a hint of lemon juice, it’s a refreshing sip that keeps you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • Bittersweet Symphony (Yield: 1 Cocktail)

    • 1 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

    • 1 oz. Amaro CioCiaro

    • 1 oz. Cassis Noir

    • 1 oz. lemon Juice


Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for twenty seconds. Use a fine strainer and strain into a coupe glass.
